DIGITAL DELIVERY UPDATE — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Backers,
last Friday, August 14, we manually activated the digital delivery through BackerKit.
Digital rewards are not sent automatically when files are uploaded: the delivery must be manually triggered by us. Once activated, BackerKit should have sent an email containing access to the digital rewards to every locked order with a successfully completed payment.
According to our BackerKit dashboard, the digital reward codes were correctly generated and distributed.




However, over the weekend we received a few reports from backers who could access their rewards through BackerKit but never received the delivery email.
Since BackerKit support was unavailable during the weekend, we could only carry out the necessary checks today. We can now confirm that some of the delivery emails were indeed not sent, despite the corresponding digital rewards being correctly assigned to the backers.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we've already reported it to the Backerkit team.


IF YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL
Don't worry: your digital rewards should still be available.
You can automatically retrieve them directly from BackerKit here:
Simply follow the instructions on the page using the email address associated with your pledge/order.

Please remember that digital files are available only for locked orders with successfully completed payments. There are still a few hundred backers who haven't completed their surveys yet. We'll lock the next batch of orders at the end of the month and send the digital rewards (with the exception of Lust Sabbath, which is still in production) to everyone who missed both the original delivery and today's second round .




LAST SABBATH FILE UPDATE
We are also taking this opportunity to improve the Last Sabbath – The Witches' RPG digital files.
Following your feedback, we are preparing an additional version of the handbook with single pages instead of spreads, making it easier to read on tablets, e-readers, and other devices, as well as more convenient for personal printing.
Our graphic designer is already working on it, and the updated files will be added to the digital rewards as soon as they are ready.


...AND AN APOLOGY
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the missing delivery emails. This was our first digital delivery through BackerKit, and while the rewards themselves were correctly distributed, we obviously want the entire process — including the notification emails — to work as smoothly as possible.

Witchy Summer update: First digital delivery!

Dear Backers,
Good news! As announced, yesterday we locked the orders and sent out the digital files for all manuals, with the exception of Lust Sabbath, which is currently still in production.

We hope you'll enjoy your magical readings!

There are still a few hundred backers who haven't completed their survey yet. No problem: we'll lock the next batch of orders at the end of the month and send the digital files to everyone who missed the first delivery.

Some cards have been declined due to insufficient funds or incorrect payment details.
Don't worry: you should already have received an email from BackerKit with instructions on how to fix the issue. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive your digital files with the next delivery batch.


Where are my digital files?
You should have received an email from BackerKit containing links to the digital folders for the products you ordered, with the exception of Lust Sabbath, which is still in production.
BackerKit automatically requires an order to be locked before digital rewards can be distributed.
The next batch of orders will be locked at the end of the month, and the corresponding digital rewards will be sent shortly afterwards.


Any update on the production?
Absolutely!
All extras and physical stretch goals have now been ordered, and in the next few weeks we're going to receive a ton of wonderful gadgets, stickers, posters, and other goodies.
Meanwhile, we're currently testing the Succubus Coven and... well, things are getting really hot in the playtest room. 🔥

a quick update to announce that the pledge manager has finally been sent to all of you.
We've fixed a couple of little things after the first test and now you are able to fill the survey, order some add-ons and or switch your pledge level.

Where are my digital files?
the digital files for all manuals except Lust Sabbath (currently in production) have already been uploaded, The rule automatically implemented by BackerKit requires orders to be locked before rewards can be distributed. Therefore, next Friday we will lock the orders of everyone who has completed the survey and send them their PDFs. The next batch of orders will be locked at the end of the month, so if you’re eager to get your hands on the PDFs as soon as possible, don’t wait to complete your survey!



When you will start shipping?
As writte before, we'll need a few extra weeks compared to our original estimate. We're still aiming to deliver a digital preview of Lust Sabbath between late August and early September, with shipping expected to start by the end of September, if all goes well.

Pledge Manager, Digital Delivery and Wallpapers

Dear Backers,
As promised last week, here we are with another quick production update covering some of the questions we've been receiving lately.

  • Pledge Manager: the pledge manager has been sent to BackerKit's team for review. If everything goes smoothly, we'll activate it as soon as we're back from Gen Con — you'll receive an email as soon as it's live.



  • Digital Files: the digital files for all manuals except Lust Sabbath (currently in production) have already been uploaded. As soon as your order is locked and all required payment has been collected, you'll automatically receive the download links.

  • Switching pledge level:  several backers asked whether it's possible to upgrade to a higher tier once the pledge manager opens — and yes, it is! Once you receive the email, simply click "Switch your pledge level" at the bottom of the first screen to select the option you prefer.  


  • Lust Sabbath — Writing & Development: work on Lust Sabbath is in full swing — we're writing the manual and playtesting the new modes and covens unlocked as stretch goals. Since this means a substantial amount of additional material, we'll need a few extra weeks compared to our original estimate. We're still aiming to deliver a first digital version of the Lust Sabbath file between late August and early September, with shipping expected to start by the end of September, if all goes well. We're sorry for the delay, but our priority is giving you the best manual possible — this is truly something unique, and we want to give it all the time it deserves.

Spicy update + ENNIES Awards

Dear Backers,
Thank you once again for making Lust Sabbath a reality.
We wanted to send you a quick production update to let you know how things are progressing and answer some of your most common questions.

  • Surveys: we need about one more week before sending out the surveys. We're currently evaluating several fulfillment options to secure the most affordable shipping rates possible, especially for our US backers, since everything will be shipped from Italy. This is by far the most challenging aspect of the project right now, but we're putting a great deal of effort into finding the best solution for everyone.

  • Merchandise: all of the campaign goodies will go into production this week. Since manufacturing and shipping these items usually takes more than a month, we're starting now to ensure everything is ready for pledge fulfillment between August and September. As soon as we receive samples, we'll share photos and sneak peeks with you!


  • Writing & Development: authors Valentino Sergi and Atropo Kelevra are currently writing and playtesting the new material. We'll keep you updated on our progress, and we'll have even more to show once the graphic designer starts laying everything out.

  • Artwork: artist Alessandro Amoruso has just delivered a stunning new batch of illustrations, and the book is now almost complete from an artistic standpoint. Here are a few delightfully spicy previews, exclusively for your eyes!


  • About the Tarot ads: some backers have noticed social media ads promoting the Tarot Deck and the French crowdfunding campaign for Last Sabbath by our partner Studio Agate, and have wondered how some products can already be available.
    As we've mentioned before, Last Sabbath was originally released in 2022, while the Tarot Deck and Scenarios have been available in stores and through distribution for the past two years. The real novelty of this campaign is Lust Sabbath (along with a huge selection of exclusive campaign goodies), and we can assure you that you will receive it before it reaches retail stores!
